9:30 a.m.     4.    Special Districts - Possible Recodification
        The history of the Utah Code regarding special districts will be explained.

10:00 a.m.     5.    UDOT and Local Governments
        The committee will be briefed on issues relating to Master Study Resolution Item #200 - to study UDOT's relationship with local government, such as local flexibility, jurisdictional transfers, etc.
