        Presentation and Q/A on the roles and powers of local government focusing on the role of special districts.

10:00 a.m.     3.    Follow up - UDOT and Local Government
        During the April 23rd meeting, the committee discussed transportation issues related to the jurisdictional transfers of roads. Direction from the committee will be sought on how the committee wants to proceed with this issue.


10:45 a.m.     4.    Jail Reimbursement Program v.s. Jail Contracting Program
        To examine the differences between the jail reimbursement program and the jail contracting program. (Study item #160)
