        Washington County Water Conservancy District is involved in innovative water development, management, and conservation activities.

        9:40 am    3.    Cache Valley Groundwater Plan
        The Division of Water Rights has developed a plan to place conditions on new appropriations in the Cache Valley.

10:00 am    4.    Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission
        
The commission was created by Congress to oversee wildlife and recreation mitigation measures necessary for the completion of the Central Utah Project. Activities of the commission will be discussed.

10:30 am    5.    Clover Creek Coordinated Resource Management Plan
        The quantity and quality of water can be enhanced through watershed planning. An example of successful watershed planning is the Clover Creek Coordinated Resource Management Plan.

11:00 am    6.    Bear River Field Trip
        In June, the Salt Lake County and Weber Basin Water Conservancy Districts and residents of Box Elder and Cache Counties hosted a field trip for the governor and his staff of potential sites for development of the Bear River. Ms. Gochnour will comment on their findings.
