     2.    Finalize Legislative Proposals
        The subcommittee will fine tune and finalize proposed draft legislation for the 1998 General Session. Proposed legislation will be presented at the November 19th meeting of the Political Subdivisions Interim Committee for its consideration of adopting proposed legislation as committee bills.

        a.    Repeal of Community Redevelopment Agency Statutes (Title 17a, Chapter 2, Part 11)

        b.    Election Related Issues

        c.    Uniform Creation Process

        d.    Two-year Moratorium on Creation of Independent Special Districts

        e.    Other


     3.    Interim Committee Report
        The subcommittee will discuss its report to the Political Subdivisions Interim Committee at the November 19th meeting.
