idea of moving
toward
electronic filing
of campaign
finance reports.
The Lt.
Governor's
Office has looked
at this issue and
developed a
prototype, which
they will
demonstrate for
the committee.

Provisional Ballots
The committee will discuss draft
legislation
concerning
provisional
ballots. A
provisional
ballot would
allow a citizen
(whose eligibility
to vote is in question) to
