2. Management Plans for Division of Wildlife Resources Lands and Transplants of Species
Senator Myrin is working with the Division of Wildlife Resources, local and tribal government officials, and other interested parties to develop legislation that will provide the
public with opportunities to participate in decisions regarding the acquisition and use of Divison
of Wildlife Resources lands and transplants of species. A policy outline will be available for
review and comment by the committee.

3. Consider Proposed Legislation, "Allocation of Sales Tax to Species Protection Account"
The bill transfers $1,500,000 of state sales and use tax receipts each year to the Species Protection Account.

4. Consider Proposed Legislation, "Environmental Crimes Amendments"
The bill increases criminal penalties for certain violations of environmental law.

5. Workers' Compensation for Agricultural Employees
Representative Wright will discuss issues relating to workers' compensation insurance for agricultural employees.

lawful forestry, mining, or agricultural activities.
