     1:30-1:45          * Board Vans (curb in covered parking area under Capitol) for travel to US West/AT&T central office         
        
    1:45-2:00        * Travel to facility - 70 So. State St. East Entrance
             (Parking will be in ZCMI lot next door )    

    2:00-3:15         * Briefing and Tour of US West facility (70 S. State)
                       * Ted Smith, Vice-President, US West-Utah
    
    3:15-4:30         * Briefing and Tour of AT&T facility
                     * LJ Godfrey, Manager, Law & Government Affairs, AT&T
    
2. Committee Meeting (6th Floor Boardroom - US West)
    4:30-5:00     * Approval of November 19, 1997 minutes.
            * Tour Discussion

    5:00-5:15    * Travel back to Capitol in Vans

NOTE: Any Legislator not traveling in state vans will have to park their private vehicle in the ZCMI parking lot next door (just north of US West/AT&T facility).
