1. Call to Order
The Public Utilities and Technology Interim Committee toured the US West/AT&T central
offices located at 70 South State Street. The tour began at approximately 2:00 p.m. The
committee was guided through the facility by representatives from both US West and AT&T.
2. At 3:40 p.m. the committee met in the US West Board Room for a short meeting. They reviewed the potential study items previously distributed to them.
Sen. Jones asked the members of the committee to submit additional suggestions for the
committee to study during the 1998 interim.
Consideration of the minutes of November 19, 1997 is to be addressed at the next meeting
since there was not a quorum present.

Adjournment
Sen. Jones adjourned the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
