1:45 p.m.     2.    Task Force Duties and Background
             (H.B. 410, "Traffic Safety Task Force," passed during the 1998 General Session. The bill created the task force and specified its duties.)
                                               


2:00 p.m.     3.    Discussion of Key Issues and Approaches
             (How can traffic safety be improved in the state? What are the most important issues and approaches for the task force to consider? How should the task force prioritize and address these issues and approaches? How should the task force define the scope of its work? How can the task force make the best use of the expertise found on the task force and outside the task force to address traffic safety concerns?)
