             (The task force requested a list of key groups working on traffic safety issues.)


1:45 p.m.     3.    Prioritization of Key Traffic Safety Issues
             (What are the most important issues for the task force to consider?)

2:15 p.m.     4.    Seat Belt Issues
             (Members of the task force have identified lack of proper use of seat belts as an important factor in crash injuries and fatalities. How can the proper use of seat belts be increased? What are current Utah law provisions?)

         5.    Other Task Force Business
