2:00 1. Call to Order and Approval of June 17, 1998 Minutes
2:05 2. Genetic Testing Privacy Act
The committee will continue it's study of 1998 H.B. 271, Genetic Testing Privacy Act, by hearing testimony from the pharmaceutical industry.
2:50 3. Children's Health Insurance Program Update
The committee will receive an update on the implementation of the new Children's Health Insurance Program created by 1998 H.B. 137.
3:10 4. "Date Rape" Drugs
The committee will be briefed on the abuse and control of two drugs often
referred to as "date rape" drugs.
3:25 5. Mental Health Authority and Administration Reform
The committee will consider a revised version of 1998 H.B. 352, Mental Health Authority and Administration Reform.
