Footnote: 2     2 Please note that on October 1st (less than one week after the September 25th meeting) the Public Service Commission report on transition costs will be sent to the task force. The deadline for written comment to the task force on the transition costs report and requests to be on the transition costs discussion panel is October 6th at 5:00 p.m. The task force will then meet to consider the transition costs report on October 8th at 9:00 a.m.
