2. Veto Override Session Procedure
When a bill is vetoed that has passed both the House and Senate with a
constitutional two-thirds majority, should Joint Rule 17.01 be modified to permit
the presiding officers of the two houses to:
a. Poll membership without notifying the governor,
b. Poll membership without publishing how each member voted, or
c. Convene a veto override session without polling membership? (See also Utah
Constitution, Article VII, Section 8)
3. Standing Committee Votes Recorded in Bill Status
Should standing committee votes be provided in the "bill status" information system?
