The panel will consist of those interested parties who have submitted written comment to the task force staff by no later than Wednesday November 4th at 5:00 p.m.

Additional public comment should be limited to those points which have not been made by previous presenters and should be germane to the subject.

The chairs will provide members of task force and interested parties with a draft of the proposed report prior to the November 5th meeting. The report will contain conclusions and recommendations that the task force chairs will propose for task force approval in the meeting.
This will be a public meeting but discussion will be limited mainly to task force members.
Interested parties are encouraged to comment on the report in writing. Written comments must be received in the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel by no later than
Wednesday November 4th at 5:00 p.m. Written comments will then be forwarded to task force members prior to the meeting for their review and consideration. One copy of comments should
be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to:
