2. Central Utah Project Mitigation
At the October meeting, the committee received testimony from owners of land targeted for acquisition by the Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission. Mr. Don
Christiansen, chair of the commission, will discuss the commission's responsibilities to mitigate
impacts of the Central Utah Project.

3. Proposal to Document and Map R.S. 2477 Rights-of-way and Associated Structures
San Juan County is undertaking an effort to document and map R.S. 2477 rights-of-way and nearby structures, such as mines and farm buildings, that may show why the rights-of-way
were established. State assistance will be sought to conduct this work in other counties.

4. Progress Report of Fish Health Policy Board
In the 1998 General Session, the Fish Health Policy Board was created to establish policies designed to prevent the outbreak of, control the spread of, and eradicate pathogens that
cause disease in aquatic animals. The board is composed of individuals who represent aquatic
wildlife and aquaculture interests.
