5.    Division of Indian Affairs Review

     At its last meeting, the Committee reviewed draft legislation which modified Title 9, Chapter 1, to reflect the current activities of the Division of Indian Affairs and its role in fostering inter- governmental relations. The Committee will continue its review of this legislation.

6.    Native American Remains
