2. Report: Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health
The Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health at the University of Utah has an advisory board that: (1) reports each year to the Committee on the center's activities and accomplishments and (2) gives recommendations on how the state, university, and the center can improve workplace health and safety and contribute to economic growth and development in Utah and the surrounding region.

3. Helmets to Hardhats Program
Helmets to Hardhats is a national program connecting National Guard, Reserve, and transitioning active-duty military members with career training and employment opportunities within the construction industry. The program is administered by the Center for Military Recruitment, Assessment, and Veterans Employment. The Committee will hear a presentation on this program and discuss the possibility of supporting continued federal funding of the program.

4. Approved Apprenticeship Programs
The Committee will study issues related to bid preference and approved apprenticeship programs of the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship.

5. Risk Management
The Committee will study reinsurance as a risk management tool, including the question, "What are the pros and cons of this approach for Utah?"
