Committee Business

Between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2008, the Legislature's Executive Appropriations Committee will meet as needed to consider and prepare the state's budget. Because these meetings may be urgently required and because the times when the meetings are required are unpredictable, this notice constitutes public notice of those meetings for purposes of the Open and Public Meetings Act. The Legislature intends, where practicable, to specifically and publicly announce the time and place of any of those Executive Appropriations Committee meetings.
