1. Committee Business

2. Issues and Concerns of County Governing Bodies The Task Force has requested that the Utah Association of Counties provide two individuals with rural and urban perspectives on roles and funding of health and human services in their counties.



3. Principles (continued)

The Task Force received input on principles and adopted the enclosed principles at the June 13, 2002 meeting. All Task Force members and stakeholders are requested to come prepared to proposed any additional principles or changes needed.

4. Health Services (continued)

At the previous meeting the local health officers and the Division of Community and Family Health Services responded to the uniform questions. Two additional divisions will respond today.



5. Substance Abuse

The following individuals will provide a written response and executive summary to the uniform questions and a verbal summary of issues.



6. Conflicts in State Human Services Law

At the May 23, 2002 meeting, Task Force members asked Ms. Robin Arnold-Williams to identify areas in the law where there are conflicts relating to human services.
