Funding of State and County Health and Human Services Task Force
Utah Legislature
1. Committee Business
2. Response to County Recommendations
Local health officers were asked to clarify their position on Title 26A-1-106(3), so that the Utah Department of Health can respond to the county's recommendations.

3. Statutory Changes
Task Force members will review draft legislation and recommend statutory changes.
4. Communication with County Governing Bodies and Procedural Changes
Procedural changes which do not require legislation may be explored by the Task Force as alternatives to help the process.
5. Principles
Principles have been discussed and revised at previous meetings. Any further proposed changes will be discussed.
6. Other Items / Adjourn
The Task Force will provide a brief report to the Health and Human Services Interim
Committee on Wednesday, November 20, 2002.
