Cost of notifying individuals currently on the Licensing Information System is estimated to cost the Division of Child and Family Services approximately $52,700
($42,600 General Fund). It is expected that about 5% of those notified will request court hearings. Costs to the Courts and Attorney General's Office is
estimated at $239,500 (General Fund) and $615,700, respectively ($400,200 General Fund). These costs are not expected to continue in FY 2004.
