SB0024 - Release of Custodial or Noncustodial Parent's Address

State Impact:
It will be necessary for the Office of Recovery Services to notify all clients of these changes. Of the 115,000 notifications, about 75 percent will have to be notified with a separate mailing, at a total one-time cost of about $27,000. About 28 percent of the cost will be from the General Fund.

No fiscal impact.
