SB0105 - Repeal of Education Mandates and Programs

State Impact:
The provisions of S.B. 105 reduce programmatic reporting requirements of the State Board of Education. There may be minimal cost savings associated with this reduction. S.B. 105 repeals statutory requirements, and methods of allocation for funding certain programs. The impact is anticipated to be minimal as these programs have been block granted to local school districts.
