SB0005 - Employment Security Modifications
State Impact:
Passage of the bill would create a reduction in revenue to the Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund of $200,000 which would be offset by and increase of $175,000 to the Penalty and Interest Fund for a net loss in revenue of $25,000. Computer programming costs to implement the provisions of the bill are $7,200 from the Unemployment Operations Fund (a federal grant).
