HB0218 - Utah Children's Health Insurance Program Ombudsman
State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will not require additional appropriations. The legislation does create a new FTE position, but funding will be from within current Federal and restricted revenue and appropriations. This will reduce the program budget by approximately $75,000.
