State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will not require additional appropriations. Savings from reduced State's cost of providing services under the Children's Health Insurance Program will most likely be used to expand enrollment in the program.

Individual, Business and/or Local Impact:
Enactment of this bill likely will not result in direct, measurable costs and/or benefits for local governments. Individuals participating in the program would see increased co-pays and deductibles. If more children are provided insurance coverage, this could reduce the amount of uncompensated care for children provided by private and public health care facilities.
