HB0242 - Medicaid False Claims Act Amendments

State Impact:
Enactment of this bill will not require additional appropriations. This bill creates a General Fund Restricted - Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Account, into which judgement and settlement awards can be deposited for use by appropriation. Appropriations can be made once award settlements are made to the account.
