Please oppose HB 96. Kids do not need to go to school earlier. If families want to pay for that service then that is fine, but the whole of society does not need the burden of paying for children to go to school any earlier than they already do. Kids need more time in the home and parents need to know that the government is not responsible for taking care of their children. Please oppose this bill. It is setting a precedent that will do more harm than good in the long run. Thank you.
