    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Senators Steele, Mansell, and Hull, and Representatives Frandsen, King, and Tyler, to which was referred 1st Sub. H.B. 33, Enhancing Academic Achievement in Public Schools, by Representative L. Frandsen proposes the following amendment.

    Adopt the Senate amendments on lines 88 through 91of the goldenrod copy
