             8      GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE AUTOMATED GEOGRAPHIC
             9      REFERENCE CENTER FOR GRANTS TO COUNTIES TO INVENTORY AND MAP R.S.
             10      2477 RIGHTS-OF-WAY USING GLOBAL POSITIONING TECHNOLOGY AND TO
             11      PHOTOGRAPH EVIDENCE OF R.S. 2477 RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND CERTAIN OTHER
             12      FEATURES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             13      This act enacts uncodified material.
             14      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             15          Section 1. Appropriation.
             16          (1) For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the
             17      Automated Geographic Reference Center S [ $400,000 ] $300,000 s to be used for grants to counties
             17a      as provided
             18      in Section 63A-6-204 .
             19          (2) The money appropriated in Subsection (1) is nonlapsing.
             20          Section 2. Effective date.
             21          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
