             5      AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS IN GENERAL; DESIGNATING A STATE
             6      VEGETABLE.
             7      This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
             8      ENACTS:
             9          63-13-11.11, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             10      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             11          Section 1. Section 63-13-11.11 is enacted to read:
             12          63-13-11.11. State vegetable.
             13          The sugar beet is selected and designated to be the state vegetable.
