OLENE WALKER HOUSING TRUST FUND APPROPRIATION

             5      AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $4,000,000 FROM THE
             6      GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE OLENE WALKER HOUSING
             7      TRUST FUND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             8      This act enacts uncodified material.
             9      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             10          Section 1. Appropriation.
             11          (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, $4,000,000 to the
             12      Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund created in Section 9-4-702.
             13          (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that $2,000,000 of the appropriation made in
             14      Subsection (1) be for fiscal year 2000-01 only.
             15          Section 2. Effective date.
             16          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
