             5      AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES; REQUIRING A DRIVER TO KEEP PROPER
             6      LOOKOUT.
             7      This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
             8      ENACTS:
             9          41-6-67.5, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             10      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             11          Section 1. Section 41-6-67.5 is enacted to read:
             12          41-6-67.5. Proper lookout required.
             13          A person may not operate a vehicle on a highway without keeping a reasonable and proper
             14      lookout to avoid collisions or hazards from other vehicles, persons, or property.
