AN ACT RELATING TO RECREATIONAL TRAILS; APPROPRIATING $400,000 FROM THE

GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 TO THE CENTENNIAL NONMOTORIZED

PATHS AND TRAIL CROSSINGS PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

This act enacts uncodified material.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

Section 1. Appropriation.

There is appropriated $400,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, to the

Centennial Nonmotorized Paths and Trail Crossings Program created under Section
63-11a-503
.

Section 2. Effective date.
14
This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
