             6      AN ACT RELATING TO AGRICULTURE; DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF
             7      AGRICULTURE AND FOOD TO MAKE RULES FOR THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL
             8      OF TRICHOMONIASIS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             9      This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:
             10      ENACTS:
             11          4-31-21, Utah Code Annotated 1953
             12      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             13          Section 1. Section 4-31-21 is enacted to read:
             14          4-31-21. Trichomoniasis -- Department to make rules.
             15          The department shall make rules for the prevention and control of trichomoniasis in cattle
             16      and bison in accordance with Title 63, Chapter 46a, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act.
             17          Section 2. Effective date.
             18          If approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, this act takes effect
             19      upon approval by the governor, or the day following the constitutional time limit of Utah
             20      Constitution Article VII, Section 8, without the governor's signature, or in the case of a veto, the
             21      date of veto override.
