             6      AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING $44,864 FROM THE
             7      GENERAL FUND TO THE DIVISION OF ARCHIVES TO ARCHIVE RECORDS FROM
             8      FORMER GOVERNORS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             9      This act enacts uncodified material.
             10      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             11          Section 1. Appropriation.
             12          (1) For fiscal year 2000-01, there is appropriated $44,864 from the General Fund to the
             13      Division of Archives.
             14          (2) It is the intent of the Legislature that:
             15          (a) the division use the money to employ an archivist processor to archive records from
             16      former Utah governors; and
             17          (b) the monies are nonlapsing.
             18          Section 2. Effective date.
             19          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
