             5      AN ACT RELATING TO COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT;
             6      APPROPRIATING $3,000,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01
             7      TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR
             8      CONSTRUCTION OF A CHILDREN'S MUSEUM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             9      This act enacts uncodified material.
             10      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             11          Section 1. Appropriation.
             12          For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the
             13      Department of Community and Economic Development $3,000,000 for the construction of a
             14      children's museum.
             15          Section 2. Effective date.
             16          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
