ELECTRONIC TESTIMONY AT CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS; AND MAKING
TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS.
This act affects sections of Utah Code Annotated 1953 as follows:

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:

In any division hearing authorized under this chapter or Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 5, Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving, the division may permit a party or witness to
