             6      AN ACT RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS; APPROPRIATING h [ $230,000 ] $220,000 h
             6a      FROM THE
             7      GENERAL FUND TO THE UTAH STATE FAIRPARK FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01 ONLY;
             8      AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
             9      This act enacts uncodified material.
             10      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             11          Section 1. Appropriation.
             12          For fiscal year 2000-01 only, there is appropriated from the General Fund to the Utah State
             13      Fairpark h [ $230,000 ] $220,000 h for costs of maintaining the Utah State Fairpark.
             14          Section 2. Effective date.
             15          This act takes effect on July 1, 2000.
