Mr. Speaker:

    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 51, INSERVICE FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, by Representative L. Shurtliff, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 11:    After "LICENSES;" insert "PROVIDING A $25,000 APPROPRIATION;"


2.    Page 3, Line 67:    After line 67 insert:
        "Section 3. Appropriation.
         There is appropriated from the Uniform School Fund for fiscal year 2000-01, $25,000 to the State Board of Education to fund the school administrators inservice program established in Section 53A-3-411.5 , including the regional conferences referred to in Subsection 53A-3-411.5 (3)(b). "

         Renumber remaining section accordingly.
