    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 245, IMPROVING SAFETY IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS, by Representative B. Wright, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 8:    After "BOARD" insert "SUPERINTENDENT" and after "WITHIN" delete "30" and insert "45"
2.     Page 2, Line 44:    After "within" delete "30" and insert "45"
3.     Page 2, Line 45:    After "board" delete "or a subcommittee of the board" and insert "superintendent"
4.     Page 2, Line 46:    After "the" delete "board" and insert "superintendent"
