    The Retirement Committee recommends S.B. 271, PUBLIC SAFETY NONCONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT AMENDMENTS, by Senator S. Howell, be replaced and favorably recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 271, PUBLIC SAFETY NONCONTRIBUTORY RETIREMENT AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:
1. Page 1, Line 24: Delete "49-4a-401" and insert "49-4-401"
