Representative David L. Zolman
proposes the following amendments:
1. Page 25, Line 767: After line 767 insert:
"It is the intent of the Legislature that if any teachers cause the
local school board to close the schools in any school district for the
safety of students on a regular school day, that the State Board of
Education, as provided in Subsection 53A-1-401(3), 'interrupt
disbursements of state aid' in response to the job action."
