    Dated 2-28-2000    After line 51a insert:
        " 53A-17a-131.20, Utah Code Annotated"

2.    Page 6, Line 182:
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    Dated 2-28-2000    Delete " $5,000,000 " and insert " $4,750,000 "

3.    Page 6, Line 182:
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    Dated 2-28-2000    After line 182 insert:
        " Reading Skills Center $250,000"

4.    Page 26, Line 773f:
    Senate 2nd Reading Amendments
    Dated 2-28-2000    After line 773f insert:
        "Section 35. Section 53A-17a-131.20 is enacted to read:
         53A-17a-131.20. State's contribution to Reading Skills Center.
         The state's contribution of $250,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, is appropriated to the State Board of Education to help fund the Reading Skills Center established under Section 53A-3-402.10 . "
