Representative Sheryl Allen proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Line 143
    House Committee Amendments
    dated 2-22-2000:    After line 143 insert:
        " (5) Participation in a survey may be refused by:
        (a) a local school board;
         (b) a parent as to the parent's child; or
         (c) a student.
         (6) Surveys administered under this section may not include questions relating to sexual orientation, behavior, or attitudes. "
