Senator Montgomery proposes the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 54:    Delete the period and insert:
        "consistent with Subsections (4)(a)(iv) and (v).
        (iv) The commissioner shall establish, in rule, a list of non-life threatening and nondegenerative physical conditions that may be the subject of a condition-specific exclusion rider.
        (v) A condition-specific exclusion rider shall be limited to the excluded condition and may not extend to any secondary medical condition that may or may not be directly related to the excluded condition."
