             6      This act is required by the Administrative Rulemaking Act. It reauthorizes all state agency
             7      administrative rules except those enumerated. This act takes effect on May 1, 2001.
             8      This act enacts uncodified material.
             9      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             10          Section 1. Rules authorized.
             11          All rules of Utah state agencies are reauthorized, except R156-55b-102(2), Commerce,
             12      Occupational and Professional Licensing, Electricians Licensing Rules, Definitions h AND
             12a      COMMERCE, R-156-55C-102(3) CONSTRUCTION TRADE LICENSING ACT, PLUMBERS LICENSING
             12b      RULES, DEFINITIONS h .
             13          Section 2. Effective date.
             14          This act takes effect on May 1, 2001.
