             6      This act appropriates h [ $500,000 ] $250,000 h to Utah State University for costs related to the
             6a      Utah
             7      Botanical Center. This act provides an effective date.
             8      This act enacts uncodified material.
             9      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             10          Section 1. Appropriation.
             11          (1) For fiscal year 2001-02 only, there is appropriated h [ $500,000 ] $250,000 h from the
             11a      General Fund
             12      to Utah State University to use for costs associated with the development and operation of the Utah
             13      Botanical Center in Kaysville.
             14          (2) The funds appropriated under Subsection (1) are nonlapsing.
             15          Section 2. Effective date.
             16          This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
