             6      This act appropriates h [ $300,000 ] $50,000 h to the National Guard to fund the tuition
             6a      assistance program.
             7      This act takes effect July 1, 2001.
             8      This act enacts uncodified material.
             9      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             10          Section 1. Appropriation.
             11          There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 2001-02 S ONLY s , h [ $300,000 ]
             11-1a      $50,000 h
             11a      to the
             12      National Guard to be used for the postsecondary education tuition assistance program described
             13      in Section 39-1-63 .
             14          Section 2. Effective date.
             15          This act takes effect on July 1, 2001.
