    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Sens. Evans, Spencer, and R. Allen, and Reps. Snow, Dayton, and Arent, recommends S.B. 187, PROHIBITING STATE DEPARTMENTS AND ENTITIES FROM EMPLOYING CONTRACT LOBBYISTS, by Senator B. Evans, have its enacting clause struck and that it be referred to interim study.
